Adam told me that once. I think it's true. Either you haven't left for where you want to be, you're waiting in a city you have no business being in otherwise, or you're waiting for someone to take you to your final destination. No one wants to be at the airport. Even still, you shouldn't complain.
Today I partook in the miracle of human flight. I'm spending Christmas as I do every year with my family in Orlando! It's always good. Right now I'm waiting in the place no one wants to be for my sister to arrive from Boston, then we'll go home together. Sweet!
My Wi-Fi thing on my MacBook is called "AirPort." I imagined what would happen right now if I clicked "AirPort Off"...

Lauren - Yes, amazing clip! I love it. I really loved taking off Thursday (in the airplane). I think for a while I lost the magic feeling of euphoria when we left the ground. I hope it never becomes common.

And not everyone hates the airport. I used to love the Miami airport, 'cause it meant that I was back in the States. It didn't matter that I wasn't quite home yet, 'cause there were drinking fountains, toilet paper, and people who believed in customer service.

I guess there are reasons to love an airport. One of mine was Cinnabon, but that's not in Orlando's anymore. :\ Lame. Oh well. I lived next door to one for 3 years and barely went, so it's obviously not the biggest deal. But it's nice when the airport is something to look forward to.

I don't always hate airports, If i'm in one that means that: a) I'm traveling (and I love traveling) or b) I'm there to see someone I haven't seen in a while.
I only get in my car to get some place, but I love being in my car.
